Writing is a fun, and sadly dying, art. In our modern age, fewer and fewer people know how to put pen to paper and write a story. This workshop is designed to combat that change – by the end of this workshop, everyone will know how to write a basic short story and have one of their own, ready to present! We’ll learn what constitutes a story and how to write a story from start to finish, including the opening, the conflict, and the end. Writing isn’t hard, all that’s required is an understanding of the basics and an open, creative mind! We hope to see you there!
Times: July 10 and 17, 2 – 3 p.m.
Fee: Optional but Recommended $5
Payment is optional but encouraged. Pay if you can, but it is not a requirement of this workshop.
