Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert. It is creamy, light, and slightly bitter at the same time.

Mascarpone cheese- 8 ounces, can be found at QFC or Costco

Coffee- Around one cup

Sugar- 40 grams (more or less to taste)

Eggs- 4

Ladyfingers ITALIAN- 2 packs

Cocoa powder, to garnish

  1. Soften your mascarpone cheese beforehand! This can be done by putting your mascarpone in a waterproof container and submerging in warm water or just take it out the fridge and leave out for at least 8 hours.
  2. Make your coffee! You want cool coffee when you are making your tiramisu, so at least 30 minutes ahead of time.
  3. Separate 4 eggs
  4. In the egg yolks, add 1 tablespoon of coffee, and half of sugar
  5. Mix until all sugar is dissolved
  6. Now add mascarpone! 😀 Mix till smooth
  7. Set up your stand mixer and stir!
  8. Now, scoop about half of your egg whites into your mascarpone mixture. Fold. For a more detailed explanation on how to fold please visit -> https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-to-fold-egg-whites-into-batter-3057584
  9. Repeat the above step with your remaining egg whites.
  10. Grab your ladyfingers, and dip them into the coffee mixture.
  11. As you dip each one, place them into your container.
  12. Completely cover the bottom of your container with ladyfingers, layer on a thick layer of your mascarpone mixture
  13. Repeat above 2 steps as much as needed to fill the container
  14. Garnish with cocoa powder and voila! Not 😉
  15. Pop into your refrigerator overnight, or at least 2-4 hours
  16. Take out, cut and enjoy! How to serve your tiramisu ->https://www.leaf.tv/articles/how-to-serve-tiramisu/
