In this class, we will learn how to make a sweet and tangy spaghetti and meatball with a marinara sauce
Things to prepare:
Meatball:
1.5 pounds of ground beef 0.5 pounds of ground pork 1 egg ½ cup of Italian breadcrumbs 1/3 cup milk ¼ cup diced onion ¼ cup parmesan ¼ cup basil Salt to taste
Tomato Sauce:
Juice of ½ lemon 15.5 oz of canned tomato sauce 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon of basil ¾ cup onion 1 cup red wine
Optional:
Parsley and Rosemary to taste
Spaghetti:
Any store-bought pasta or home-made noodles
