Summer Online Seminar – How to Make Yummy Chicken Chili

In this class, we will learn how to make a delicious chicken chili that goes great with steamed rice or bread!

Materials need to prepare:

1 cubed chicken breast, about 1.5 centimetres each
1-2 bell peppers, diced, any color
1 15.5 oz can of black beans
1 15.5 oz can of kidney beans
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of chili powder
½ teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of cumin
4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Zucchini halved and cut into one centimetre slices.
