Visual design aims to shape and improve the user experience through considering the effects of typography iconography, diagrams, maps, imagery, layouts, and color on the usability of products and on their aesthetic appeal.
To help designers achieve this, visual design considers a variety of visual languages to translate the complex abstract data/information into visible and digestible forms for better and more effective communication.
In this course, Mr.Bailiang Zhou (A senior designer from Google) will introduce foundational design principles, case studies, and workshop exercises to the students.
